This month is Mental Health Awareness month. With so much happening this week and honestly in the past few years, it’s so important to hold a healing safe space. On May 27th, we will be hosting a soft launch of our "WeHealUs" series.

Do your words create space for others to feel seen, heard, and supported, or are they super harmful and even detrimental to someone who might need help, but won’t because they don’t want to be mislabeled, judged, or harmed for speaking up
